  HaD lotsa fun from the start till the end. The salt was abit too salty for me to take. hahaha think i had a overdosage of salt and it caused me headaches.   SPF = sun protection factor, the higher the better.

  currently i think all sunblock got protect against UV A/B rays. as i have said earlier, get those spray one cos its easier to apply...if use those cream one will have residue if u never spread evenly. i using coppertone dryoil, spf 8. dryoil also comes in spf 4 and i think 0 also have. get 8 ok liao....if u dun wanna get tan then get the cream type, spf 30...sure won't tan much. cost is about 1x bucks.
