Forced marriage - pls advise

now, my parents has been pressuring me to get foreign bride (vietnam) as i don't have gf (now i'm 25).
i think they're going to vietnam next year or so to look for foreign wife for me.
now, this is just crazy, considering that i'm a male and we're living in 21st century.....and i'll try my best to prevent all these crap from happening.
i mean, love is love and how can it be bought with money?
i have never ever accepted the barbaric idea of the concept of "mail-order brides". it's not just insulting to the girl, it's demeaning to me as well.
and if i can't stop this, my plan B is as follows:
1) go with parents to Vietnam and pick a young girl (17 - 19 yrs old)2) vietnam girl stays with me but i don't touch her or have sex with her....i'll treat her like neutral friend, send her to study courses upgrade herself etc. this is a way to make-up for her wasting of 2 - 3 yrs with me.
The purpose of picking a young girl is so that when i divorce her, she will only be around 22 yrs old, and still very young enough to find another guy more suitable for her
3) after 3 years, i'll divorce her and ask her to find another guy
4) i'll be free again
5) if parents want me to marry again, i'll repeat from step 1).
6) if need to pay alimony fees to vietnam wife after divorce, i'm willing.
at least parents will see their mistake.
the idea of marrying a girl i've no feelings for is atrocious, and i don't believe the BS of "feelings can be nurtured".
pls advise your comments here and if there are flaws with this plan, pls let me know so that i can rectify. -
Why go through all the trouble and create future problems for yourself, your parents and the girl?
Just say No.
If that doesn't work, bring home a guy friend who can act.
You should know what I mean.

hello, serious leh......my parents are really intent and forceful about this.....you won't know what i mean unless you're in my shoes.
if they buy tickets and force me, and i insist, then will make the relationship sour, which i try to avoid.
the problem is........for some people, they only find their loved ones at 27, 28 or later mah.....got significant number of people meet their true love after 30 nowadays.........kNN.....and parents say cannot wait until so long.
i may be the first guy in SG 21st century modern history to encounter this kind of barbaric act.
oh yeah, i'll also encourage my future vietnam wife to make more male friends and go dating with them, i don't give a damn about wearing "green cap".

Looking at his parents, I think if he brings a guy who can act home, they will put a knife to his neck and force him to get married.
But saying "NO" is the right way to handle this. They can force you to say yes at the ROM solemnization even if they can kipnap you to go Vietnam for a bride.

oei...25 only leh...Unless you are very establish in your career (Or born with a silver spoon), I think your parents should be asking you to focus on your career now.

You are willing to risk the innocent girl's happiness with your "get married but not really marry the girl" scheme?
Your intentions are good, I know.
But don't drag an innocent party into your situation.
The other option I can suggest to you is to get a friend who is a girl, who will willingly pretend to be our girlfriend.
If parents pressure you to get married, say your "girlfriend" doesn't want to because of studies, career, fear of commitment or whatever.
This is still better than screwing up some young foreign bride's life.

Your parents must have a lot of cash on hand. That is good. I like people with alot of cash on hand.

I reckon you have to see the bigger picture. Your parents wish for your marraige not because they scare you cannot get married. They simply want grandchildren, preferably male to carry the bloodline.
Parents don't want their kids to get married just for the sake of getting married lar.

i was surprised he's 25... i thought he was some kinda 12 or 13 year old maladjusted OCD patient...
