  My friend been to OCH many times already. He say he has seen nothing except for maybe other teens looking for ghosts and scaring other group of teens in the process.

  
  Also, he said once police come raid the place to catch all the teens there, but he hid somewhere (I think the roof?) and managed to escape.

    I believe that whether or not a person can see ghost depend on his personal luck one . Sometime other pple can see it when you can't see anything but sometime you can see it but everyone else can't see it .

  Imo it depends on how you percept what you see. Anyone who's paranoid will view the shadow of a bird flying pass as a ghostly shadow or likewise. People who doesn't believe in the paranormal will simply chase after the shadow and maybe find no ghost or come up with a logical explanation for it. It is not wrong to believe but let's just not be too paranoid about it.
