[b]I agree with Russ. Swimming/hydro therapy has proven to be very good for injury recovery and stamina building as well. I personally tried it during my younger days for my knee ligament injury, it works for me.
Basic hydro therapy exercise - walking in the baby pool up and down. Go faster as you recover.
Wywy, dun rush into soccer so fast, you might agrivate the injury. Be patient.[/b]
