  If you fall asleep, the power rangers has the right to wake you up, and ask you to leave. If you persist in sleeping, the Power ranger has the right to detain you and book you with a ticket.

  however, if the power rangers ask for your IC, make sure to take down their names, and complain to NParks. Even the police can not demand explicitly for your IC, and it is not illegal to not have your IC. UNLESS you have committed a crime, the power rangers has no rights to detain you or put you under temporary custody. to put you under arrest, they have to call the police.
