TCH05 (aka Gazelle),
Previously I asked that you explained your own version of how the EU subsidies work, you play TaiChi,
if you really want to discuss, maybe you can explain your version of the mechanics of EU subsidies to farmers.
If you don't understand how it works, but your have online sources, then please quote your online sources on
the workings of the supplier subsidies.
Be a man for once, don't be a transvestite, if wrong admit it, don't avoid and try to distort facts.
Ok. Discussions aside.
How's your panties sniffing going on?
Sniff any supermodels lately?

Fine.
Maybe you have your own version.
Care to explain to me the mechanics of how the farm subsidies work?
I am willing to hear your explanation.

If you have no idea what is "correlation", don't use it.
Can explain your theories in simple terms, we know you are not educated in Economics
and you haven't had any proper tertiary education.
That's why whenever we asked you to explain your theories, you can never do it, you can
only claim that you are right and everyone else is wrong.
Don't worry, we won't look down on you despite your imperfections.

Thats because Japan is still a very closed economy, in the sense that they seldom source their raw material from non japanese companies even though they are cheaper. With less external competitions, naturally the price of products will be higher.
Actually don't know can still use la... just that use wrongly then change lor... Take it as learn something new... Cannot expect everyone to have learned basic economics or statistics also mah...

maybe "closed" enconomy might be more application. In any case, the economy might be open for business, but the businessmen are not too open to doing business with foreigners.
that is what I am trying to say.
Just additional interesting information:
In 1985, 23 years ago, new policies by the jap government are put into place.
Sometimes, economics and preferences still have to give way to politics as shown:
Warning that the free-trade system and even peace and prosperity were in danger, Nakasone made an unprecedented appeal to the Japanese public. "I would like to ask you to buy more foreign goods," he said. "If each Japanese buys $100 in foreign goods, the increase in imports from that would amount to $12 billion, and foreign countries would be happy.".....
-- The government will help foreign manufacturers break into the $26 billion Japanese telecommunications market by simplifying product standards.
-- Overseas companies trying to gain approval to sell medical equipment and pharmaceuticals will, in many cases, no longer have to duplicate in Japan clinical tests that they have already performed in their home countries.
-- To encourage more imports of electronics products, copyright protection will be granted on computer programs and semiconductor chips. In the past, American companies have complained that Japanese manufacturers have been able to copy freely foreign programs and chips.

2006 August
Japanese imports from China
rose 6.1 percent to 56.3 billion dollars, marking a sharp slowdown in growth
mainly due to a slump in steel imports, JETRO said.
"Exports of electronic parts from Japan to China will continue to expand and imports
from China to Japan will also increase as Japanese
manufacturers continue to shift their production bases to China," JETRO predicted.

The consumers' desire and choices are definitely have higher regards and standings than businessmen's choices.
And finally:
A 2007 July article presents independent calculations and insights based on data drawn from the CIA World Factbook and the U.S. Census Bureau – Foreign Trade Statistics.
Japanese Imports from U.S.
Of the $59.6 billion in American exports to Japan in 2006, the following product categories had the highest values.

Agree.
It's those that persist in their mistake that is alarming, nobody is perfect, but this fella commit mistake will twist and turn to make it right.
Strange also, someone who has no knowledge in economics and statistics talks with such authority.
From the way he speaks, doubt he has attended any form of tertiary education.
