      can they be taken at any age? and is it only limited to 2 times per life? what about the sec 3 express chinese O lvl exam for higher chinese takers - is it counted as one time O lvl?

      for Sec 3 CL2 takers, it’s counted as one attempt liao.

      O levels minimum 16 yrs at Jan 1st of the year, A levels 18 years.
