Sometimes, I think if we sat down and tallied up EVERYTHING we ate in a day, we might either feel proud of ourselves, or, extremely ashamed!

I know quite a few peeps in Club 30 decided to eat well or be on some diet when they made their New Year Resolutions, but lacking resolve, the resolutions quickly dissolved in the several feasting sessions that promptly followed!

Therefore, in the name of health and wellness, let's tally up everything we eat in a day here! I think for some, it might be one big nightmare and one helluva joke!

OK, let the fun begin!
Piggies unite!!!

Darnit this new format doesn't show date and time of entry!

Alrighty... don't laugh at me, ah!! Yesterday, Wed 30 Jan, I ate :
Breakfast : one slice of honey baked ham (bread turned mouldy, so no bread to go with!), 2 rows of Cadbury's Fruit N Nut Choc.
Lunch : one serving of frozen TV dinner - Lean Cuisine's yummy Sundried Tomato Chicken with Pasta
Tea : one Boost Juice Strawberry Squeeze Smoothie, and half a Portuguese Chix Wrap chewed on throughout the shift, and remainder wolfed down for dinner.
Dinner : Nothing. No time to sit down for dinner.

Supper : Hungry with a vengeance!
One Macca's Cheeseburger and one Large
Fries... because I wanted to eat chilli sauce!!
Bad habit of mine... always finding something
to eat because I have a craving for chilli sauce!
In the wee hours of the morning, at about 1:30am, stomach growled like crazy as I sat in front of the PC, so I had a Rocky Road Drumstick ice cream. :P

Luckily, we get good Ban Mian here!
But WHY Ban Mian without egg? I
love Ban Mian with the yolk still semi-runny! Dip it into the
ban mian chilli sauce, yuuuuuuum!!!
Think next Monday, after my medical check-up, I shall head to Chinatown to look for the Laksa Me! restaurant opened by a Malaysian chef, and eat Laksa!!

And then maybe da bao their Nasi Lemak
for dinner!
So next Monday, I think my food tally
shall be embarrassingly long!

What's ban mien? A noodle dish of some sort?
Here's my tally:
B'fast: the usual Eggos wholewheat waffles with grape jelly and a touch of butter x 2. Washed down with a nice cuppa of Milo, prepared with skim milk. Oh and my daily calcium tab.
Lunch: I was craving for mee siam and heng ah, I had one last box of Prima mee siam left. So I made that and added a boiled egg, lots of julienned spinach (to alleviate my guilt) and lots of chang choo lah. Yum! I'm craving for it as I type.

Dinner: I made homemade garlic breadsticks with the help of the breadmachine. The breadsticks accompanied the main dish which was chicken parmesan. After dinner, I had to throw back another calcium tab and a multi-vitamin.

Give spinach a quick rinse and hot water bath then julienne and sprinkle on dish. Yum!
Chang choo lah is yummy! Goes with everything.
