To me, very ex.I prefer those MRT shops cheap mani and pedi, like those express $5/- stuffs. I dont care how pretty or renovated or spa like that shop is.
If you have lousy mani pedicurist, that file the nails badly or give nicks & skin infections, its not worth it to go in.
