    • do u know tt sunblock/sunscreen is very impt (even w/o makeup)?
helps in anti-aging as harmful UV rays will damage our collagen fibers, which will make our skin "age" faster......

      Q. Whats the Difference Between a Sunscreen and a Sunblock?

      A.

Sunscreens are the most popular at the moment. Available in creams, lotions and gels, they contain chemicals that absorb UV rays. They are also inconspicous on the skin. The chemicals that are most often found in sunscreens include PABA, Benzophenones, Cinnamates, Salicylates,

Sunblocks instead of absorbing UV rays, reflect them. At one time sunblocks could be spotted by the opaque white film, but new technology has created sunblocks with particles so tiny, that the opaque film in no longer noticeable. Chemicals most common in sunblocks include Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

      What's an SPF?

Sunblocks and sunscreens are rated with SPF numbers. SPF refers to the "Sun Protection Factor" for UVB rays only. A sunscreen with a SPF of 15 will delay sunburn from occurring for 15 times (in minutes) longer than normal if using no protection at all. For example, if it takes someone 20 minutes to sunburn and they applied a sunscreen with an SPF of 15, they would be able to remain in the sun for 300 minutes (15x20). SPF's are rated typically from 1 to 60, although there are some products with an even higher rating. While most suggest an SPF of 15 for everyday use, the activity, time of day, time of year, and the duration should all be considered.

    • sunscreen/sunblock oredi will make u tend to have clogged pores (毛孔阻塞)
imagine if it stays on ur face overnight

    • all make-up shd be removed thoroughly
sunscreen/sunblock and concealer tends to be difficult to remove or cannot be removed totally
so it's better to double cleanse.... such as using 1 cleansing oil 1 cleanser or 1 foaming cleanser 1 gel/milk cleanser
