      Why was government not offering the $1 million reward as announced in parliament today by WKS for information leading to arrest of Mas Selamat.

      Very shrewdly, it probably refrains from doing for this might just trigger another backlash of criticisms from the people including demanding such $1 million reward to be deducted from WKS's own salary or bonus this year.
