      My cousin called up a detective agency to help trace her husband, this pi offer GPS tracking in her husband car and quoting a high fee for that.

       Any1 can advise is it legal to put a GPS equipment in some1 car without his knowledge, even though that car belongs to a spouse?

      Hmmm... On what basis will it be illegal? For the car of your spouse, I don't think there is any law that makes it illegal putting something you own into the property your husband own. Unless it is a bomb. All mobile phones made after 2002 have GPS embedded in them so we can locate people in case of emergencies, so don't think is a big deal bah.

      But a lawyer will be able to anwer this better bah

      My cousin very concern b'cos some agencies said that's illegal operation unless a person is monitoring his/her own vehicle. She dun know who to believe, think that pi offering want business only, of course say it's nothing against the law.

      Any1 got lawyer or police friend can give advice?
